Birthday Jolie Box

 Happy birthday Jolie Box <3

This is my second beauty box by jolie box and second Birthday box by beauty box in general, my other birthday box was from Glossy box and you can ready about this disappointing box here.

Sadly, Jolie box has experienced problems with Royal Mail hence why some of the subscribers were upset with the delays or not received their boxes on time or not received them at all, luckily, i was one of those who received the box and received customised box as well :).
Plus i won 5quid off in jolie shop :) woohooo!

Birthdays box was all about French brands such as L'occitane and Yon-Ka, all what french has the best really. Both of them supposed to hydrate my skin and leave it smooth  and hydrated.

I tried both of them and i have to say that i do prefer Yon-Ka, simplye because my skin stays matte much longer then after L'occitane cream. Don't know if it is only me or everyone had this? - skin seemed to be more oily after L'occitane cream?

I would like to point out that Yon-Ka was a FULL size product which did not happen in other birthday box what i had :) well done!! Things like that makes you want to actually stay subscribed and satisfied over the fact that someone actually made and effort to make this box special etc.

Esthederm Bronzing spray, well, I must say i am not sure if i will use this product simply because my skin in very fair/porcelain and i want to keep it that way, so for now - sorry Jolie Box but this one is not for me may try this at some point but not sure when etc.

Elysambre Nail Polish - i love it love it love it!! it is absolutely amazing!! keeping in mind that all paster like nail colours are trendy at the moment this is a pure jackpot! leaves your nails with that tiny spark and stays on  them for more than 4 days without a need to re-doing your nails :)

Plus packaging is also stunning makes it look really push and special - it is exactly what every girl wants :)
i applied 2 coats as one seemed too to be not enough ;)
Customised Nail Filer by Jolie <3 box - nice touch and matches the team of this box - nails etc :)

L’oreal super serum youth code.

Again received this sample from l’oreal. Came to me in 4 small sized samples – wow, I usually get
max 2 samples wich I think is a rich thing to send as you can’t really see the difference as sometimes
you need some time to actually see any difference.

1 consstency – product is not watery not too hard to apply – it is just right perfect “middle” balance
of consistency. It is with this shimmering pearly colour and is very easy to apply – one pump can
cover your whole face!

Only small “but”, you have to be quite quick with this application as it likes to dry fast leaving your
skin with those white unapplicable bits on your skin that doesn’t look sexy at all. Also I recommend
to not touch your skin after application, it likes to “peel” (?) of the skin, I mean those white bits again
like tiny rolls of a product etc.

2. result/visibility – I saw a huge difference with first application. Applied this before I went to
bed, woke up done my morning face cleaning routine and...couldn;t believe my face was SOOO
SMOOTH!! Amazing!! I’m only 26year old, don’t have any visible wrinkles (I think or I whish ;))this
product doesn;t remove your wrinkles it just smoothens your skin so it is really nice when applying
makeup etc. I recommend you to go and buy it as it is really worth the money. Managed to buy it for
£6 which is not a lot.

The only warning is to not apply it around the eye area, in my case it just irritates my eyes to the
point that they are full of tears for the rest of the day and my eyesight is not like is should be ;/ so
avoid your eyes ladies! Other than that I won’t me completely!!

Chanel compact natural satin matte finish powder.

Ahaha again, made similar mistake like with the previous chanel product oh well, will never learn
from my mistakes except this one wasn’t that much of a bargain... paid 20£ + 3.00£ p&p... but it was
brand new in box etc.

this comes in luxiourious black fabric case that has a cooper – metallic like
case that got mirror inside and separate divide for the chanel sponge.

Day light

I must say I absolutely love it.
Gives you that ultra smooth finish and lasts all day on your face – colour doesn’t get darker so some
of the cosmetics after wearing the all day and (i don't know if it is only me or if you have it as well) it makes you feel unique and special...

My only disappointment is the actual size of this powder it is really tiny....

what are your thoughts about this product? are you happy with it?

chanel poudre universelle libre merveille

Few weeks ago a good friend of mine came to visit me. For some reason she inspired me to try few
new cosmetics, that were not necessarily cheap such as chanel, dior etc. Luckly for me I managed to
buy my very first chanel powder for under 30£ brand new!!

Unfortunately haven’t done any research before the purchase (oops!) so this what I saw was quite
of a surprise. I was looking for smooth, matte natural finish powder, everything is correct apart from
the fact that this one has tiny sparkles inside something like a glitterbut much smaller!
 It looks lovely
gives you that extra sparkle, but I’m not quite sure how and where I can use it, I triend using this on
my face – not sure I’m 100% happy with the effect. I mean, I love how it covers my face and that is
lasts all day etc even tho I have oily skin but I will not use it to go to work or to do the shopping etc
it comes with a chanel sponge which is great!

This one was take in normal/day light

Read somewhere that is can be used as a shimmering body powder such as for arms or chest and
neck or even as a hair powder! Ok I can understand arms and other body parts but still not sure
about the whole hair idea. Need to make decision if I want to keep it or sell it on ebay, I know that
this one is originally worth over 54£! So hmmmmm I guess I will have to wait and see.

Day light (excuse moi hair hands!)

Told my mum about this powder – thinking maybe she will find a solution how I can use it and
maybe she will say “don’t sell it – give it to me” instead of that she kinda laughed when I told her
about the hair powder idea hahaha.

It is really hard to show how sparkling this powder is but you have to trust me, from 0 to 10 it is 8.5!!

What do you think of this product? Are you happy with it? Where are you using it?

June Glossy Box

Before i start this post, i would like to remind that this box was supposed to help me make my mind up if i want to be still subscribed or not... finally got an answer.

again cbox came very fast, but pisses me of the fact that i'm charged for this box up to three weeks porior o dispatch!!! I was at work - as per usual so my boyfriend was the one that received it. Again, i checked tweeter before even ot back home to open mine and this what i was make me laugh + this what i read - made me laugh even more- i will write about it in a bit, here is what i had this month.
the "amazing" content of the box...

Caudalie - again the brand that is featured in every single box, happy with the sample size, not sure about the smell although i like fruity fragrances such as lemon this one smells like....nothing i have triend or would try again...oh well, at last the size was bigger than 1.5ml of the lolita lempicka's samples from the previous box - i'm ok with that.

Twizers from HDbrows, never heard of that brand but another pair of twizers will defo come in handy, i'm little bit concern about it as the and edges are not straight and don't think they will remove all the unwanted hair etc.

Ladies and Gentelmen, here you can witness the very high end sample we are paying for every month - it is own branded, goat hair, brush that smells horrendous! plus it says it is worth 15.00 pounds!!! FYI, this product was a freebie in the US box few months back - hahaha what a joke!!

BM bronzer, i have a very pale, procelain skin (i'm very proud of it) and i don't use product like that - you can read it on my beauty profile on glossy box, shame no one from GB team took the time to match the sample product to the custmers needs! that is really bad.

sample is soo small that the only brush i have to apply this with is a eye shadow one!haha kid you not! :|

Picture made with flash

no flash

Flash. I can't see myself using this whilst having a porcelain skin + having very oily skin, can you imagine that! LOL

i have no idea why this is upside down, any way, Vichy Dermabland starter kid, i was excited about it even tho i will b only using 2 shades tops! and even thos i don't have a scars or other marks of my face! I used the procelain shade ( as you can see) and it was a fail, it is hard to blend, and after few hours it stays visibly in the wrinkles so you look like an idiot with a bad make up. not sure if i will use it ever again.

I decided to UNSUBSCRIBE, always thought that glossy box was taking a piss in therms of a customer service but this box was a joke, sending me your own branded blush as a high end product worth 15 pounds! are you crazy?! i have set of brushes bought for 14.00 pounds and they are of a better quality than this one!! also o read about the Lucy's case - one of the workers from Glossy box was making a fun of her because she works in McDonalds and she was concern how they are going to pay for interships!! how unprofessional is that??!! No one has apologised to her + everyone is ignoring her like this has never happened.
Believe me you don't want to be subscribed to something that is simply not worth 13.00 every month + being treated like shit and being ignored - no one from glossy box has officially or even unofficially made a statement about the outrageous content of the boxes this month! Also the other case is - if you are a very popular blogger ou will get the best box if not - you are nothing and you will receive a pile of useless cra that you pay 13.00 for!!!!

SHAME ON YOU GLOSSY BOX! the word GLOSSY should be permamently banned from your name!!!

my very first JolieBox

I vlike the idea of receiving the beauty box once a month with a high end samples - i love cosmetics and was really struggling to find a new products that would satisfy me so i decided to subscribe to Jolie box, it is only 10 pounds per month + 2.95p&p.
here is what i have received:
from left:
1 RMK Make base foundation
2 Organic Rose Moisturiser
3 China Glaze Nail Polish - Silver/dark graphite
4 - Talika lipocils

As you can see from the picture above i've been already using it and guess what - it is amazing!! all you need is dwo drops on your finger palms and then to apply it on cleaned face after that you are good to go with you make up routine. Finish is long lasting + face looks very smooth - this is definately on my to buy list after i'm gettin paid! This brand is very new chence the high pricing and avaibility needs to improve.

i don;t use stuff like that but must say - smells very nice and makes your skin very smooth and moisturised.

Loads of Jolie box subscribers vere moaning about the quality of this product, apart from the colour that o have received - i have no other complains, i applied only two coatings and that lasted on my nails for more than a week without need to fill my nails or redoing them and that is after goind to work, doing house work etc.

Talica expert, product as per describtion should "make your lashes darker, more curly and thicker" been using that every now and then can't tell the difference, i might do the post where i will take a picture of my lashes everyday throughout the usage period of this product to see if there is any difference.
it is a little bit jelly, has no smell and is of a hand bag size.
Box also contains a Jolie Magazine where you can read about the featured products plus other cool stuff.
ps. i had a problem with my first box has i never received it so they sent me another one within a week...oh well, better late than never!!

what did you received? were you happy?
